More updates, cargo vessel details

A few more updates with details. I think I still need a few more details to the main hull, but at the same time I try not to over-detail it.

I've added some airlocks, communication and sensor greebles and the thruster nozzle. Next will be mounting the thusters. I'm not sure if the hull plating is going to have rivets all over, I'll at least want to test it out.

Anyways, I want to get started on the carco section soon and especially the connection area between the main hull and the cargo section - that's going to be interesting ;)

I've uploaded 12 new renders to the gallery, click the images to the right to check them out. I'm also playing with a new wip render setup that is much faster but still gives quite good results.

Updates to my Cargo Vessel

I have recently been doing a little modelling again after a long pause. I've been working on weapons and crew sections, plus fixing the escape pod doors.

Not much to say at the moment, check out the renders here.

WIP: Cargo Vessel

This is one of my more ambitious 3D Studio Max modeling projects.
A heavy cargo freighter with a modular detachable cargo section.

Nothing much to say about this one, still in the early stage of creating the main hull.
